I am trying to buy tickets for the upcoming program. I updated the profile but for some reason it is not saving the profile information. Without the profile, I am not able to buy the tickets. Please check asap.

I am sorry but I just updated my profile including my family profile. Every time, I try to buy the ticket, I get the same message saying ‘you have to update the profile’. How am I supposed to buy the ticket?

Hi, I have still not been able to update the Profile and there was no response from Omkar Barde. Hopefully, you guys have one ticket set aside in Row H for me. This is really painful. Thanks.

I am trying to buy 2 additional tickets but the app won’t let me because it says I have already bought tickets, which I have but I need to buy 2 more.

RTPMM membership can be taken in any time frame of the year. However it is only applicable from 1st January to 31st December of that year. For next year you have to renew your membership.
To attend any RTPMM event you have to book either adult or kid ticket. Individual above 12 is treated as adult. There will be no entry to the program on babysitting ticket.
RTPMM do not support refund policy. However under certain circumstances refund can be issued in admin’s discretion power.
Once you book the ticket, you cannot exchange that with someone else. However under very specific condition you can mutually exchange with admin’s approval.
User can post content on this website however admin will have complete right to approve user’s posting.
