Y\'all are doing a bang up job. It\'s a lot of work where \'public\' can see only if wrong.
My experience with picnic for the last 2 years has been very strange. All fault mine none of the committee or anyone else.
Last 2 years I ended up at Lake Wheeler only to find the function moved. Last year, the park had well problem & was closed. Before that, picnic was re-scheduled due to bad weather (expected storm). The committee had sent e-mails notifying well ahead but I had not checked my e-mail. Retired I don\'t always power on the computer or check my e-mail.
This time, I plan to check the weather reports, e-mail & on & on.
I suggest \'texting\' the members would be a good option provided you can collect smart phone numbers.
Continue your good work.
Thanks for all the work & allowing us to visit \'home\' for a short time.

I received an e-mail from Adheet Bondre regarding updating my profile which I did. Then I was able to purchase a ticket in advance. Thanks Adheet.
Not clear why birthdate is required in the profile.
